Our founder, Sanzhar Rakhmetzhanov, is a seasoned entrepreneur with over two decades of experience across industrial engineering, EPC contracting, and investment banking in cities such as London, Geneva, and New York. He has completed advanced programs at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Stanford University, reflecting his dedication to continuous learning and cutting-edge innovation.
Beyond AlfaTech, Sanzhar is also the co-founder of the US-based Armeta AI, an AI-powered engineering platform. AlfaTech Group provides Armeta AI with proprietary industry expertise and project data, ensuring that the next generation of AI tools is firmly rooted in real-world industrial knowledge.
As a mentor and father, he actively co-builds startups with his sons, Temirlan and Arlan, creating a family of founders committed to shaping the future of global industries.
